Eligibility Criteria

* Patients are highly suspected of respiratory infections;
* Patients are highly suspected of central nervous system infection;
* Patients are highly suspected of fever of unknown origin

* Patients requiring surgical intervention;
* Patients with skin barrier dysfunction
