* Stage of symptoms is mild, moderate or severe as per the Hoehn \& Yahr scale
* Have motor fluctuations
* Have non-motor fluctuations
Exclusion Criteria
* Lack of motor fluctuations
* Lack of English language proficiency in either subject or caregiver
