* Physical activity
* No evidence of disease or disability
* Diagnosed with persistent asthma (asthma subjects)
* BMI\<95 percentile
Exclusion Criteria
* Very high physical fitness
* Pregnancy
* More than two asthma attack per week (asthma subjects)
