Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Blastocyst transfer:
* Patients using their own oocytes under 40 years.
* Patients using donated oocytes.
Exclusion Criteria
* Severe male factor (spermatozoa of testicular or epididymal origin, patients with cryptozoospermia and patients with retrograde ejaculation)
