Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* Idiopathic Parkinson's disease within 1 year of motor symptom onset. Idiopathic REM sleep behavior disorder without signs/symptoms of Parkinson's disease.

Age-matched controls.

Exclusion Criteria

* Atypical Parkinsonism
* Contraindications for MRI
