Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* male;
* BMI \<30;
* Age between 30 and 60 years;
* Minimum level of education: elementary school
Exclusion Criteria
* Diagnosis of psychiatric disorder;
* Being under medical treatment for insomnia or other psychiatric treatment.
