Eligibility Criteria

* singleton pregnancy
* major pregnant women
* singleton pregnancy
* hospitalized for threatened premature birth between 24 and 34 WA
* Indication of a cure corticosteroid betamethasone
Exclusion Criteria
* fetal lung diseases
