* Operation is take in Tang-du hospital
Exclusion Criteria
* Suffer radiotherapy,chemotherapy and endocrine treatment
* Serious image artifacts
* Lesion with diameter less than 3mm
* Scan during menstrual period
* Other magnetic resonance imaging contraindications
