Inclusion Criteria

* solitary rectal ulcer in rectosigmoidoscopy
* type 1 or 3 dissynergic defecation
* to accept to participate to study and sign informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

* previously applied biofeedback
* serious psychiatric disorder
* previous anorectal surgery
* the presence of active malignancy
