Inclusion Criteria
* Well understand to Thai language in writing or listening
Exclusion Criteria
* Allergy to lidocaine, Gabapentin, Carbamazepine, tramadol
* History of epilepsy
* History of lidocaine used
* Underlying Psychiatric disease
* History of drug abuse
* Pregnancy and nursing
