Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* Children the age less than 15 years with recurrent acute rhinosinusitis who are attending the pediatric allergy clinic during Jan 2010 - Dec 2012.

Exclusion Criteria

* Children who had lost medical record.
