Eligibility Criteria

* Systolic BP\>180 mmHG or diabolic BP\>105 mmHG
* Unstable angina pectoris
* Serious rhythm disturbances
* Hyperkalemic (\> 6 mmol/L),
* Unstable diabetes mellitus
* Wheelchair
* Dialyses access on lower extremities
* Haemoglobin \< 9 g/dl
