Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* healthy heterosexual couples
* in a stable relationship since \> 1 year

Exclusion Criteria

* breast feeding
* heavy smoking (\> 5 cigarettes/d)
* extensive skin disease
* artificial UV irradiation during \< 3 months before study inclusion
