Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Ultrasonographic evidence of fetal growth restriction
* Abdominal circumference \< 3rd percentile.
* Doppler with increase of placental resistance.
Exclusion Criteria
* Known presence of antiphospholipid antibodies.
* Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
