Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* at least 18 years old
* diagnosed with pre-diabetes

Exclusion Criteria

* diagnosed with diabetes
* pregnant or nursing
* unable to walk 2-3 blocks in 10 minutes
* unable to read and speak English
