* Elective valve surgery
* Elective CABG surgery
Exclusion Criteria
* Iodine injection within 3 days before surgery
* Iodine injection within 24 first postoperative hours
* preoperative infection
* evolutive cancer disease
* Refusal
* Pregnancy
