Eligibility Criteria

* Previous surgery for SUI
* Evidence of neurological disease
* Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) greater than Grade 2
* Women with any evidence of Detrusor Overactivity or bladder hypocompliance on urodynamic assessment
