Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Glomerular nephropathy, proteinuria \> 1 g/day, serum creatinin \< 200 µmol/L ;
* Informed consent given ;
* No contraindication for ARB and hydrochlorothiazide ;
* Efficient contraception for women
