Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Aged 18 or above.
Exclusion Criteria
* Atrial fibrillation
* Severe heart failure New York Heart Association (NYHA) class IV
* Severe pulmonary disease making the patient unable to hold his/her breath for more than 10 seconds.
