Eligibility Criteria
Check the participation requirements, including inclusion and exclusion rules, age limits, and whether healthy volunteers are accepted.
Inclusion Criteria
Must meet same criteria as that of a volunteer blood donor.
Exclusion Criteria
History of intravenous use of illicit drugs.
History of activities that increase the risk of exposure to HIV or hepatitis viruses.
Confirmed positive test for HIV
Inability to tolerate general anesthesia.
Obesity.
Hypertension.
Asthma.
Diabetic patients will be excluded.
Pregnant patients will be excluded.
