Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* The initial diagnosis is acute gastrointestinal perforation
Exclusion Criteria
* Patients with shock and/or severe organ failure
* Patients who are pregnant
* Patients with severe spinal deformity who are unable to receive epidural anesthesia
