* People who have a history of fractures or surgery in the last year,
* People who have been pregnant in the last year,
* Those diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), or hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD)
