Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Incarcerated at the Rhode Island Department of Corrections
* Identifies as male
* Reports a history of injection drug use
* Meets CDC clinical criteria for PrEP use
* Able to provide written and verbal consent in either English or Spanish
