Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* preterm labor
* received treatment with tocolysis and corticosteroids
Exclusion Criteria
* have medical complications such as heart disease, seizure
* fetal anomalies
* cervical dilatation more than 5 cm
* allergy to progesterone
* contraindication to progesterone
* contraindication to tocolytic use
