* planned Anthracycline-based therapy
* first-line chemotherapy
* first visit before initiation of chemotherapy
Exclusion Criteria
* medical history of cardiac disease
* inflammation-modulating medication
* medication with RAS inhibitors
* pregnancy
* autoimmune disease
* drug addictions
* unwilling or unable to provide informed consent
