Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Underwent surgery for hemorrhoids, anal fissure, or simple anal fistula.
Exclusion Criteria
* acute anal fissure.
* complex anal fistula
* perianal abscess
* perianal Crohn's disease
* malignancy.
