Eligibility Criteria

* Age: ≥ 18 years
* patients with a known systemic disease bearing a risk for ILD
* signed informed consent (for prospective part)

Exclusion Criteria

* Age \< 18 years
* comorbidities severely limiting life-expectancy (e.g. severe cardiovascular conditions, malignant disease)
