Exclusion Criteria
* uncontrolled hypertension,
* cardiac rhythm disorder,
* unstable angina pectoris,
* chronical renal and/or hepatic disease,
* malignancy,
* neuromuscular disease
* musculoskeletal deformity
* the history of an inflammatory arthritis for control group
