* Decompression with core stability on alternate days for 8 visits.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Both gender ( male and female)
* Age 20-60 years
* Limited Straight Leg Raise.
Exclusion Criteria
* Less than 20 and more than 60 years of age.
* Patients who don't have MRI reports
