Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* Adult female patients with anterior rectocele

Exclusion Criteria

* Male patients.
* Combined rectocele with internal rectal prolapse.
* Anismus.
* Associated anorectal condition such as hemorrhoids and anal fissure.
* Pregnancy.
* Unwilling to participate in the trial
