Inclusion Criteria

* Age over 18 years old
* Able to respond the questionnaire
* Presenting at admission a dyspnea over 3/10 on numerical analogic scale
* Admitted for a respiratory cause

Exclusion Criteria

* cognitive impairment
* aphasia
* no french-speaking person
