Eligibility Criteria

* Left-sided breast cancer patients treated with radiotherapy with curative intent.
* WHO≤ 2
* ≥ 18 years old
* Able to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
* Hypercapnic COPD patient (= arterial carbon dioxide tension PaCO2 \> 45 mmHg)
