* Fracture or surgery history in the shoulder
* Another diagnosis that may affect shoulder function (frozen shoulder, primary shoulder arthritis, inflammatory/ neoplastic/neurological conditions, cervical spine induced pain)
* Systemic musculoskeletal disease
