Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Morbidly obese patient with BMI more than 35 with co-morbidity
Exclusion Criteria
* Patients refuse to share in the study
* Patients that already on PPI due to any indications
* Revisional surgery for obesity
* Previous upper abdominal surgery
