* Kidney transplanted for less than 5 years
* First symptomatic episode of UTI with bacteria or yeast
* To have a health insurance
Exclusion Criteria
* Protected people
* Pregnant women -\> 2 bacteria in the urinalysis without external or internal urinary catheter
