* Pregnancy
* Amputation of a lower limb
* Passing leg raising contraindication: intracranial hypertension with invasive monitoring, fracture of the pelvis or limbs
* Patients under administrative protective measures
* Severe cardiovascular collapse before intubation
* Severe cardiogenic pulmonary oedema
