Participants will be positioned at 25° angle for procedure.

Eligibility Criteria

* Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30-40
* Scheduled for an elective surgery that requires tracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
* Asthma
* Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
* Congestive heart failure
* Pregnant patients
