* patients over 50 years (\> 50 years) with severe osteoporotic fractures (hip, vertebral, rib, Humeral, pelvic fractures) hospitalized in the Nîmes University Hospital

Exclusion Criteria

* patient under 50 years
* Non osteoporotic fractures
