* cardiosurgery or neurosurgery
* written informed consent
* ECG: inus rhythm
Exclusion Criteria
* kontraindications for PEEP
* pulmonary disease
* hemodynamically instable patients
* pregnancy
* pulmonal Hypertension
* ejection fraction \< 35%
* severe valvular disease
* tricuspid insufficiency
