Inclusion Criteria
2. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes
3. Clinically significant eating disorder symptoms
4. Currently monitored by a physician
Exclusion:
1. Severe hypoglycemic unawareness
2. Pregnancy
3. Current or history of psychosis or mania
4. Current substance abuse
5. Non-English speaking
6. Significant deficits in intellectual functioning
