* Skin infection near injection site
* Chronic hepatic or renal failure
* Peripheral neuropathy
* Proven opioid dependency
* Coagulopathy
* Thrombocytopenia
* Dementia
* Lack of orientation
* Impossibility to understand VAS
* Patients suffering from chronic pain
