Inclusion Criteria

* inpatient rehabilitation in Schön Klinik Berchtesgadener Land
* stable COPD(GOLD severity III and IV with and without respiratory insufficiency)

Exclusion Criteria

* severe exacerbation in the last four weeks
* acute coronary syndrome
* unability to cooperate
