Inclusion Criteria
* De novo lesion
* Native coronary artery
Exclusion Criteria
* intubation and mechanical ventilation
* electrical instability with a high risk of malignant ventricular arrhythmia
* cardiogenic shock
* previous coronary artery bypass surgery
* chronic renal failure on dialysis
* inability to give informed consent
