Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) between the age of 18 and 55 are being recruited to participate in an online survey to determine the impact of PCOS on quality of life and interaction with the healthcare system. This online survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete. Participants will receive no direct benefit, but the information provided will contribute to the knowledge of this condition and the development of improved healthcare for women with PCOS.
