* Aged 50 years and older
* HIV infected
* Receiving HIV care at the Boulevard Comprehensive Care Clinic, Duval County Health Department
Exclusion Criteria
* Patients less than 50 years old
* Non-African Americans
* Persons not receiving care at the Boulevard Comprehensive Care Clinic
