* Diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis with normal glucose tolerance
* Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes
* Normal level of hemoglobin
* Normal level of se-creatinine
Exclusion Criteria
* ICA autoantibodies
* Albuminuria
