Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Symptomatic recurrent pleural effusion
* Pneumothorax needing pleurodesis
Exclusion Criteria
* Unwilling to give consent
* Empyema
* ICTD drain output \>150 ml/d
* Presence of an airleak
