Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Willing to enter a physical exercise program
* Good understanding of the German language
* Written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
* Uncontrolled hypertension
* Uncontrolled thyroid disease
* Uncontrolled diabetes
* Diagnosis of depression before entering the study.
