Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* IPAH
* \> 3 months treatment with bosentan
* 6 minute walk distance 150 - 425 m

Exclusion Criteria

* other forms of pulmonary hypertension
* severe comorbidities
* cotreatment with sildenafil or investigational drugs
