Eligibility Criteria

* Sustained hypotension
* Significant arrhythmia
* Known hypersensitivity to or contraindication to use of benzodiazepines
* Use of lorazepam within 4 days of study drug dosing
* American Association of Anesthesiology (ASA) Class \> 1
